Senior Mobile Application Designer in Tinkoff Bank, the best mobile bank in the world, according to Global Finance, 23+ mln users
Worked on the mobile bank in a cross-functional team: from scenario design to solution launch in production. - Designed scenarios and interfaces - Formulated and tested product hypotheses - Used and developed an internal design system - Conducted user testing and defended solutions at team meetings - Monitored the implementation and quality of design during transfer to development
Key project
Integration of the separate Tinkoff Mobile app into the Tinkoff multi-app. A new Mobile Communications section appeared on the main page.

Senior Product Designer in Ultimate guitar, the largest collection of tablature in the world, and group of services for musicians with 12+ mln users
Worked in the subscription department. Responsible for paid audience growth: improved funnels, increased product value, and reduced churn. - Designed scenarios and interfaces (Web and App) - Formulated hypotheses and tested them through A/B testing - Analyzed user behavior and collected feedback - Conducted interviews, JTBD sessions, and usability tests - Initiated changes in functionality and section structure

A training section for beginners, which increased conversion to paying users and reduced churn in this audience.

UX & UI Designer in Gubagoo, a service and chat platform for autodealers to sell cars online. The startup was bought by Reynolds & Reynolds, a Fortune 500 company
Worked on a web product: from research to design and implementation of solutions. Focused on improving the online car buying process. - Developed user scenarios and created interfaces - Conducted usability tests and interviews with customers - Systematized user feedback and metrics - Conducted design reviews and supported the transfer of designs to development - Launched the first internal component library

Worked in the promotion department. Launched and tested new products and landing pages. - Designed scenarios, interfaces, and prototypes - Conducted interviews and usability tests - Built processes: introduced retrospectives and design flow optimization - Checked the quality of implementation and compliance with layouts in final releases.

Optimization of the landing page creation process. Built a transparent system with a brief, which was later adapted by other teams.
2011–2016
Multidisciplinary designer
I started as a multidisciplinary designer in small studios and freelancing in my spare time. I was looking for something that I was interested in doing — I developed branding concepts for companies, designed: presentations and commercial offers, posts and groups on social networks. And also did many other things — icon design, merch, printing, even charactersfor a children's game and album covers for musician friends) In the end, I settled on the interfaces of applications and sites, and working withuser experience — this fascinates me to this day!
